The Storecheckers Story
Founded in 1989, Storecheckers began life checking stores’security. Over 30+ years, Storecheckers built a reputation for high-qualitywork centred on developing clients’ customer experience to support businessgrowth.
Built on a simple mantra, “Service Counts”, StoreCheckers developed long-term client relationships by delivering what businesses actually need: clear, objective insight they can act on.
Storecheckers spent nearly 40 years designing programmes specifically tailored to each client, supported by bespoke reporting systems that make it easy to pinpoint what’s working, what isn’t, and where performance and profitability can be improved.

In 2024, Storecheckers joined Serve Legal, bringing customer experience and mystery shopping expertise into the UK’s leading audit and compliance organisation. Now together, we help clients measure real-world performance across in-person, online and telephone customer journeys, turning insight into improvement through targeted training, ongoing feedback, and robust reporting.
As an MSPA member adhering to its professional standards, and recognised as an Investor in People since 1999, Storecheckers remains committed to best practice, impartiality and continuous improvement — now with even greater scale and support as part of Serve Legal.
